CADporter 8 digital design data exchange software allows rapid translation of geometry between major CAD systems, and claims the industry's most successful conversion rate.
CADporter enables a user to simply access data from a foreign CAD system and translate that data to the desired native format with minimal interaction.
Companies can effectively exchange, share and reuse data among various applications.
The latest release has over 30 enhancements and updates.
Among the enhancements are: support for Catia V5R9 and R10, I-deas 9 and 10, ParaSolid V14, SolidWorks 2003, UG NX 1.0; additional wire frame entities; additional surface entities; surface visualisation attributes such as transparency values; user-controlled healing; an improved licence server user interface; and licence server configuration and status checking.

CADporter removes the issues of interoperability for designers and engineers, so that failures in CAD datacommunication no longer need to be written-off or added to overhead charges.
CADporter allows designers and engineers to focus on new developments and updated product designs regardless of the CAD platform on which the data were originally created.
