Emerson Power Transmission has published a new brochure featuring its PN Gold bearing line.

The new brochure introduces the PN Gold bearing which is engineered for extended bearing life in industries with corrosive, washdown environments.

The PN Gold bearing inserts feature high phosphorous, electroless nickel plated 52100 steel races.

In 5% salt fog tests the PN Gold outperformed 440 stainless, zinc coated, thin dense chrome coated, and nickel Teflon coated inserts.

Other features include the patented high performance HPS seal that extends bearing life, wide outer race design for extra grease capacity and 300 series stainless steel setscrews at 120 degrees.

USDA/FDA compliant, H1 food grade and SealMaster GoldPlex grease are available grease options.

PN Gold is available with passivated 316 stainless steel or high strength reinforced composite housings.

Stainless steel housings are available in pillow block, two-bolt flange, four-bolt flange and flange bracket styles.

Composite housings are available in pillow block, two-bolt, four-bolt and tapped base designs.
