Improved access is the theme of Emka's new 1110-U52 Series hinge.

Improved access is the theme of Emka's new 1110-U52 Series hinge.

The design is sleek and compact to ensure that cabinets may be positioned side by side with minimum frame flange and still achieve 135-degree opening.

The body flange may be as little as 36mm for inline suite style cabinets.

For free standing units the 1110-U52 Series also features 180-degree opening.

Construction is in three parts with bolt fixing for the frame mounting body and two separate door components accepting M6 blind bolt fixings.

For door removal it is then necessary only to remove the lower portion (one bolt on each hinge) and the door may then be easily lifted off.

The 1110-U52 Series are good looking and robust - they are manufactured in zinc die with stainless-steel pins and brass washers to ensure smooth operation.

Classical finishes are black or chrome depending on taste and matching equipment.
