Electronic locking and monitoring of cabinets, server rooms, control cabinets and such like is on the increase
Emka has recognised this and created a specialist 'how to do electronic locking and monitoring' section of its corporate website.
Acting as a 24-hour support area engineers can develop their awareness of system capabilities for Emka's own ELM with a live demo and an online virtual system which allows users to configure online and trial the various modules, sensors and activators which can be integrated into the network.
For example, temperature, climatic, smoke, accelleration/tilt, mains observation, mains switch, reed switch and gsm internet (SNMP) access - all in addition to the primary cabinet locking hardware and access software.
Basic FAQs help with problem sorting as do downloads of manuals, technical datasheets, software, wiring plans and specific technical documentation.
