Locks offering protection up to IP65 and NEMA4 are designed for simple 90 degree quarter-turn operation.

Emka has released a complete range of locking handles developed around an integrated approach to the needs of the many industries requiring closure of steel, aluminium and glass fibre cabinets or panels.

Locks offering protection up to IP65 and NEMA4 are designed for simple 90 degree quarter-turn operation and are mounted with a single standard "square" hole in Emka's own configuration.

This ensures that whatever the style of lock-wing lock, T-handle, L-handle or flush mount they can all be quickly and positively located with just one hole, then secured with a patented optional earth nut, for full earth continuity and operator safety.

Various lock styles are available in chrome finish, black epoxy or black polyamide.

Each lock has different depth housings from 18 to 60mm, with cams giving 2mm step offsets from 4 to 50mm to accommodate varying door and frame alignments.

Locking mechanisms include all standard configurations such as square, triangular, double bit, hexagon, female square, Daimler Benz, slotted and crown type plus many combinations of ordinary key locks and padlock handle.

These single-point locks are complemented by a range of multi-point closure systems for larger cabinet doors of up to 2.2m and offering the same protection up to IP65 with the same key operation.
