Stainless swinghandle takes rough treatment

An EMKA UK product story

New version is ideal for potentially abusive environments, vandal vulnerable roadside cabinets and aggressively corrosive situations.

To date, there has been a problem in specifying a swinghandle for potentially abusive environments, vandal vulnerable roadside cabinets and aggressively corrosive situations.

Now Emka reckons it has changed all that with the Programme 1121 stainless-steel swinghandle.

According to Emka MD Andy Billingham: "The 1121 programme is produced in AISI 316 and offers the strength of stainless steel with the flexibility of the Emka system".

"This ensures that the 1121 accepts all standard Emka lock profiles, keylocks and insert locks, as well as offering a padlockable variant".

Additional features of the stainless 1121 include full compatibility with all Emka standard internal rod lock systems - thus enabling single point, three-point and multipoint door closure - all based on the standard 25 x 50mm twin hole cutout.
