The 1091 programme suits panels of 1.2 to 2.2mm thickness, and is available in three widths - 28, 47 and 86mm - to match the panel size both mechanically and aesthetically.
In simple slide latch mode they are directly operated for quick removal of side panels, for example on 19in racks, when equipment access is needed.
Additionally, a locking facility may be provided by installing a quarter-turn key lock adjacent to the slide latch.
