Standard, accurate and application-specific hinge designs from Emka alleviate many of the problems involved in installing flush doors.
Getting door "fit" right is a problem for standard and specialist enclosure producers alike, especially with flush doors, where the visible gap is an obvious aesthetic consideration and accurate gasket location may be critical to match small flanges which are required to maximise aperture dimensions.

Emka Flush Door hinges are available in 18 different design styles and many sizes.
The range includes mild steel weld-on concealed hinges and glass reinforced plastic, zinc die or stainless steel designs.
They provide 90 to 270-degree opening, developed in parallel with control and communication technologies and the housings demanded for their safe installation.
