Strategic role for Stanford
Emerson Process Management has appointed Steve Stanford as Director, Strategic Services.
Emerson Process Management has announced that Steve Stanford is appointed as Director, Strategic Services with immediate effect.
In this new role, Stanford will lead the growth and future development of all project services supporting the company's industry leading PlantWeb digital architecture, including consulting, FEED (front end engineering design), process performance improvement, data management and migration.
"In his previous role as Engineering Director, Steve successfully initiated and led the development of our technical standards initiatives which are customer acclaimed and have resulted in very significant performance and productivity improvements", commented Bernard Coulange, Vice President, Engineering and Services for Emerson.
"Steve, formerly with Exxon, has considerable experience of process plant development, design, construction, and automation, in both the end user and supplier sides of the automation business".
"These broad skills and wide industry experience make Steve the perfect choice for this strategically important role".
