Empire Magnetics introduces Stainless Motors for deep sea and marine applications.

These rugged motors are in a class of their own for submersible applications, and are built to customer specifications based on specific application requirements.

These stainless steel waterproof motors are available in three frame sizes with minor dimensional increases.

Size 34 and 42 have motors feature industry standard shaft, pilot, and bolt circle dimensions with a round mounting flange, with square flange versions also available.

A servo style mounting face is standard on size 23 motors, and an optional size 23 compatible square flange adapter is available.

These oil-filled, pressure compensated assemblies are currently being utilized up to 2500 feet below the surface with pressure to 5000 psi in US Naval vehicles and submersibles, and are also being utilized as hydrofoil controls.
