Lane controller added to traffic barrier system
The new Magnetic Lane Controller (MLC) from Electro Mechanical Systems Ltd is specifically designed for use with the recently introduced Magnetic Intelligent Barrier (MIB) range.
They can be manually raised or set to remain closed in the event of power supply failure, and feature automatic slowing and safety braking without the use of limit switches.
The housing is manufactured from 2mm thick zinc plated steel, phosphated and epoxy powder coated in RAL2000 as standard and fixed to a stainless steel base frame.
All control equipment within the cabinet is kept moisture-free via the trickle heating effect of the drive motor ensuring efficient operation in all climatic conditions.
All units operate from a standard single-phase 240V Ac electric supply and consume very little power providing an extended operating lifetime of 5 million cycles with minimal maintenance. Request a free brochure from EMS ...
