Two new Japan Servo ranges from EMS include the FYD series which offer low vibration and noise, and the FHD series, which offer high power to volume
In order to maintain its tradition of offering products from the world's finest manufacturers, Aldermaston based Electro Mechanical Systems now include the Servex FHD and FYD series brushless DC motors from Japan Servo The new product introductions follow the recently signing of a UK distributor agreement for Japan Servo Co Limited who manufacture a comprehensive range of 2 and 3-phase hybrid stepper motors and brushless DC motors

The FHD series offer high power to volume, with up to 40 watts from the 61mm diameter version.

Both types are available with a range of gearheads to offer lower speeds and higher torques.
Reduction ratios range from 3 to 1800:1, depending on the gearhead selected.
The FHD and FYD series would typically be found in office automation equipment where long life and low noise are required.
