Smart detector makes more sense

An EMX Industries product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Aug 21, 2008

The Ultra II smart detector now has presence or pulse output.

The detector can be configured by an external DIP switch to presence when the detector is used as a reversing sensor or to pulse output when used as a free exit sensor.

In addition, the detector has the Ultrameter for the actual sensitivity and radio frequency interference measurement.

Some competing detectors have a similar display which is relative and unable to measure interference or the exact sensitivity level.

The Ultra II smart detector fits any operator that accepts dry contact relay output.

A plug in terminal strip is provided with the detector to ease installation.
