Encoder Technology is a company which can attribute much of its success to product specialisation and a speedy response to customers' specific needs The breadth and depth of the encoder products the company provides is quite exceptional

Now with the announcement that Encoder Technology is to transfer the manufacture of many of its encoders, resolvers and related motion sensing devices from Germany to the UK, customers can be assured that this high quality service is set to continue.

Encoder Technology will share production facilities with its sister company, Eplon Engineering in Leatherhead, Surrey.

Considerable investment is being made in high quality assembly and test equipment for this latest venture to complement the state-of-the-art machine tools already available through Eplon.

"Our ability to provide customised solutions is now even greater," concluded Managing Director, Robert Worrall.

Rotary encoders are already in production at the Surrey site and it is envisaged that the manufacture of the entire range will be transferred by Spring of next year.

The full range includes brushless resolvers and synchros, linear scales, digital electronics and allied products.

An MRP system is also being installed in parallel with this integration which will provide a 'live' dialogue between the factory and the company's sales office in East Preston in Sussex. Request free introductory details about products from Encoder Technology ...
