A new distributor agreement between TWK and Encoder Technology brings to to the UK market a whole new range of transducer products The first of these is the Series DA position transducer
These devices are based on the electro-optical sensor technology of absolute encoders.
The angular position is Gray-coded by a 12bit sensing system using one LED and a multichannel opto array.
The digital data are translated by a D/A convertor into a continuous analogue signal of either 0 (4) to 20mA or 0 to 10V DC.
The Model DAB is a single-turn device, which can be programmed to cover measuring ranges between 0 to 90 and 0 to 360 degrees.
The Model DAF is for multiturn applications covering any position between 1 and 4096 turns.
Multifunctional input contacts are available for the user to adjust the zero point and to program the CW or CCW output signal as well as different reference point. Request a free brochure from Encoder Technology ...
