Software allows long-term noise monitoring
The noise management terminal software ensures the retrieval of this data through its user interface, which contains a built-in geographic information system.
The seminar roadshow will then visit Bristol, Cardiff, Southampton, Hertfordshire, London, Edinburgh, East Kilbride, Haydock and Doncaster before concluding in Darlington on 4th December 2003.
The Noise Tours are essentially designed to increase knowledge, offer invaluable information on the fundamentals of noise instrumentation and provide solutions to effectively monitor the problems associated with environmental and occupational noise.
Topics will include frequency analysis methods and measurement and assessment techniques.
The Noise Tours aim to cater for those either new to the subject or simply in need of refresher knowledge.
Current case studies will be used throughout to demonstrate the main points of the day in an informal manner.
Places are limited on the Noise Tours and are strictly available on a first come, first served basis.
