Accelerometer sensitivity unaffected by fields
The 35427KM1 is an annular ring shear Isotron accelerometer which has an integral hybrid charge amplifier with special circuitry for signal conditioning.
The 35427KM1 is an annular ring shear Isotron accelerometer which has an integral hybrid charge amplifier with special circuitry for signal conditioning.
The accelerometer's measurement range is +/-2.5g peak and sensitivity is 1mA/g +/-5%.
Frequency response is 3Hz to 5kHz +/-5% The unit has a noise floor of 2ug RMS and is specially designed for use aboard submarines and in other low-noise environments.
It is capable of measuring minute vibration motion of large equipment in the presence of strong magnetic fields.
The signal output is through a pressure-tight integrally attached triaxial cable.
The centrally located No 10 mounting screw permits 360-degree orientation.
The signal common is connected to the inner shield that is electrically isolated from the case.
The accelerometer is 24.9mm diameter and 21.1mm high and weighs 170g.
