Acquisition to expand sensors expertise
Meggitt is to acquire Wilcoxon Research, a leading supplier of quality vibration sensors and accessories to the industrial market.
Endevco's parent company, international aerospace, defence and electronic sensors group Meggitt, has agreed to acquire Wilcoxon Research, a leading supplier of quality vibration sensors and accessories to the industrial market Wilcoxon will become part of Meggitt's Electronics Division, currently led by Endevco, the world leader in mission critical sensors for the aerospace, transportation and medical markets
