MacDonell takes charge of MEMS business

As MEMS New Product Development Manager for Endevco since November 2005, MacDonell has worked in a collaborative effort with the Endevco marketing team to successfully bring forward several new development projects.
She began her association with Endevco as a quality consultant in March 2004, designing and implementing an ISO9001 compliant quality system at the Sunnyvale facility.
She formally joined the company as Customer Success Manager for the MEMS business in October 2004.
Prior to joining Endevco, MacDonell spent 13 years with Honeywell Electronic Materials (formerly Johnson Matthey Electronics) in marketing, sales, customer service, supply chain and quality management positions.
At Honeywell, her responsibilities included supervision of purchasing and inventory functions, negotiation of supplier agreements, management of quality control staff, maintenance of quality systems and procedures, continuous improvement efforts, product management, and general management of sales, marketing, and customer service.
She earned her BS degree from Santa Clara University.
