Engineers from Nottingham and Bolsover launch web site to revolutionise the job-hunting market.

Two engineers from Nottingham and Bolsover have launched a web site they believe will revolutionise the job-hunting market.

The web site is the brainchild of two engineers who were fed up with trying to find qualified and experienced employees for engineering contracts across the UK.

The site is easy to use and cost effective and the engineers claim it can save businesses thousands of pounds on job advertising.

Called www.personnelandstaff.com, it was created to provide a recruitment site for organisations of all sizes.

It cuts out the middleman and can save advertisers money and time.

Each job advertised costs a flat rate per month of £85 plus VAT.

"I originally came up with the idea of a web site for workers specifically in the engineering and building construction fields," said Colin Clydesdale.

"I was finding it extremely difficult to find quality employees for contracts across the UK and was continually frustrated because there is nowhere that you can tap into such a resource instantly".

"We developed the idea from there".

The site is open to all advertisers and job seekers UK wide no matter what field of employment they are in.

It is free of charge for job seekers and they can get directly in touch with the advertiser.

The engineers donate £10 per paid advertisement to Rainbow Trust Children's Charity.
