A range of Detectamet metal detectable plastic cable ties has been specifically designed for use within the food and pharmaceutical industries.
E-Components and Chains has launched a range of Detectamet metal detectable plastic cable ties specifically designed for use within the food and pharmaceutical industries.
A unique manufacturing process, involving the inclusion of a metallic pigment, enables the tie to be detected more easily than standard ties.
The ties are blue in colour to assist detection.
Other features include: total metal dispersion throughout the body of the tie; halogen free; greatly reduces the risk of contamination; can be used as part of the HACCP process; X-ray visible; ideal for sack and bag tying; made from strong and durable nylon; and suitable for many applications.
