DTI confers notified body status
Epsilon has been named as a notified body under the ATEX Directive (94/9/EC) by the UK Department of Trade and Industry.
Epsilon has been named as a notified body under the ATEX Directive (94/9/EC) by the UK Department of Trade and Industry Epsilon has a wealth of experience in explosive atmosphere certification (over 250 years collectively) and has been conducting ATEX projects since 1998
The company currently has 19 ATEX certification engineers (and this number is expanding) and is one of the larger resources in Europe for ATEX certification.
Epsilon has already conducted over 2000 explosive atmosphere certification projects to a wide range of standards including ATEX and Divisional listing.
Projects have ranged from simple products through to complete drilling systems including SIL and safety system verification.
