The European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA) celebrates its 15th annual Euro PM Congress and Exhibition by announcing that the Euro PM2006 Exhibition has now sold out.

The European Powder Metallurgy Association (EPMA) has celebrated its 15th annual Euro PM Congress and Exhibition by announcing that the Euro PM2006 Exhibition has now sold out Twelve additional exhibition stands were previously added to the original exhibition area, extending the number of exhibition stands from 30 to 42

"Passing a land mark of 15 annual congresses and exhibitions is an achievement in itself, but adding to this by selling all the exhibition space so early in the PM calendar is really the icing on the cake", said EPMA Marketing Manager, Andrew Almond.

He added: "Now that we have increased the number of exhibition stands, the exhibition area will now be spread over two exhibition halls to maximise exhibitor and delegate interaction".

The event will, this year, focus on the three important powder metallurgy sectors of hard materials, diamond tooling and powder injection moulding, and the technical programme will cover some 125 presentations from key international experts, together with special workshops on "Ultrafine nano materials" and "MIM/titanium".

The programme, together with full details on the event, including online registration will be available towards the end of May 2006.

The Ghent International Conference Centre (ICC) will host the annual Euro PM Congress and Exhibition from 23rd to 25th October 2006.

The ICC, located in the historic city of Ghent, was chosen as the 2006 venue due to its central location and ease of access for both delegates and exhibitors.
