The PCI Series Electronics are the latest version of the EnduraTEC digital control hardware, featuring 32-bit function generation, 16-bit data acquisition and an update rate to 8 kHz.
The power and flexibility of the WinTest software and hardware provide an array of control capabilities for single and multi-channel systems.
WinTest can handle up to 8 independent test stations of control and up to 64 channels of data acquisition.
The number of data acquisition/control configurations is limited only by your imagination.
The WinTest PCI Control System includes our WinTest Software and the PCI Series Control Chassis.
WinTest's intuitive design enables the user to quickly set up complex test routines with minimal training.
The WinTest software runs under the Windows 2000 environment and can be configured to run virtually any dynamic test system, including electromagnetic, servohydraulic and servopneumatic designs.
The interactive training CD features tutorials and "how to" examples, enabling inexperienced users to quickly get up to speed.
WinTest also includes a comprehensive Help file, and our knowledgeable technical support team is on hand to assist you with application related questions.
WinTest supports the PCI Series Control Chassis and PCI Series Control Modules as well as many third party data acquisition boards.
The WinTest Control System is compatible with older dynamic test systems.
WinTest's modular design makes it easy to upgrade outdated controls from almost any manufacturer.
Additional options include power failure back-up and the Designer Test Language (DTL) for test engineers who desire the flexibility to create customized test applications.
It features over 200 commands encompassing the entire spectrum of mechanical testing.
The DTL 'Builder' allows the conversion of test setups into macros that can be run by inexperienced operators.
The WinTest PCI Control System also features a full one-year warranty on both the software and electronic controls that is extendable with the purchase of a system support agreement.
