CD helps speed up testing system training
EnduraTEC has announced the new WinTest Software Controls Training CD, designed to allow users to maximize their test capabilities while minimizing time spent on training
Based on the company's WinTest digital control system, the software intelligently transitions through each step of a test condition to provide accurate dynamic material properties with minimal operator interaction.
Combining multiple test conditions can create a comprehensive material analysis.
The new DMA software provides dramatically easier testing and more complete data using: advanced control algorithms that provide the desired test conditions without the need for tuning; automatic creation of the test condition matrix with easy editing to provide specific test conditions; a master file that defines all the settings and test conditions for a specific DMA test to make repeat tests easier and more consistent; and an exported data file that includes all the specimen dimension information, requested test conditions, actual achieved test conditions, and calculated material properties.
"Enduratec's DMA software can provide dynamic properties for an extensive range of materials-from biological tissues such as liver and vocal cords, to advanced nanocomposites and a variety of polymeric materials", notes Kirk Biegler, Product Development Manager at EnduraTEC.
"Whether you need to measure properties as a function of temperature, frequency, dynamic amplitude or mean condition, the DMA software readily adapts to stringent testing requirements".
Enduratec, manufacturer and seller of the ELectroForce (ELF) Series of high-performance test instruments, has been providing innovative solutions to the biomedical and engineered materials industries since 1990.
