A new range of gear pumps with Ryton bodies offer a cost-effective alternative to metal-body pumps for chemical applications.

A new range of gear pumps with Ryton bodies offer a cost-effective alternative to metal-body pumps for chemical applications.

The range comprises 11 models, with flows from 1 to 100 litre/min at differential pressures up to 7bar.

The pumps support system pressures up to 14bar and temperatures up to 90C.

A choice of 15 shaft/seal options mean most any chemicals can be pumped within these specifications.

Pump connection is via either bare shaft or IEC flange connection.

BSPT or NPT threads are provided for inlet/outlet ports.

These Ryton gear pumps are very attractive for OEM applications that require a cost effective and high performance package in the pumping system.

Applications are found in both transfer and metering systems with the addition of variable speed motors and controls.
