CVC aids flow controller valve
Fully electronic volumetric flow controller uses constant volumetric control technology to operate independently of any changes in pressure or temperature, maintaining flow to 1% of full scale range.
A fully electronic volumetric flow controller is available from ESE with constant volumetric control (CVC) technology CVC is a totally mechanical flow control valve which operates independently of any changes in pressure or temperature, maintaining flow to 1% of full scale range

Flow controllers ignore pressure changes
ESE has launched the FMC 2000 flow controller for European systems builders.
With its 100ms speed of response, the valve also acts as a pressure regulator valve.
Electronics have been added to the CVC internals and now the set point can be set locally or remotely with a voltage or 4-20mA signal.
Local and digital outputs display flow, pressure and temperatures.
Flow ranges are 0 to 30 l/min of air and 0 to 3 l/min of liquid.
Maximum pressure is 35bar and temperatures 70C.
As the design is mechanical, there are no drift or warm up problems.
Flow control is maintained even with loss of power.
The stainless-steel body is standard with other bodies available to order.
Applications include analysis instrumentation, gas blenders or other systems that require accurate flow rate regardless of process conditions .
