Digi International has overhauled its development kits for its embedded modules.

Digi International has overhauled its development kits for its embedded modules.

The new Jump Start Kits are reduced in price and increased in function and come with the new and faster Digi JTAG Link USB debugger and the graphical Digi ESP development environment.

Operating systems include NET+OS for the ConnectCore 9X and Wi9C, ConnectCore 7U, Connect ME and WiME (supplied in the same kit), Connect EM and WiEM (also in one kit), and the Connect Core 9P to follow soon.

Linux for and Windows CE 6.0 for the ConnectCore 9C and Wi9C and the ConnectCore 9P also to follow soon.

The Net+OS Version 7.0 kits include: royalty-free NET+OS based on Express Logic ThreadX; Digi ESP; Digi JTAG Link USB debugger; Microcross Gnu tools; and getting started tutorials and application examples.

The product overhaul also involves the new availability of Jump Start Services with a choice of support options ranging from the 10 incident support pack to the premium unlimited support contract.
