The aggressive pricing makes it possible to deploy Solidthinking LT across the entire product development cycle up to marketing, sales and training.

Thanks to the new VET plug-in users can export and integrate 3D objects or scenes into HTML pages through the Viewpoint Media Player developed by Viewpoint.

Support of numerous file formats makes of Solidthinking LT the perfect companion for other 3D and animation products.

Solidthinking LT does not feature the exclusive construction history and the Renderthinking rendering engine available in Design and Vantage versions.

A 21-day full working trial version is available at the Solidthinking website, which also incorporates the solidThinking learn on line area with live demos.

Solidthinking LT is available now for US $495 (Eur 545).

The Solidthinking product line now comprises three different versions for different users.

These include Solidthinking Design, the professional surface modelling and rendering solution for industrial designers, style centres and CG artists and Solidthinking Vantage, the high-end CAID solution for the most demanding industrial designer with engineering needs.

All Solidthinking packages are available on Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP and Macintosh OS9.

A beta for Mac OSX will be available this summer.

Mac registered users will have the possibility to join the OSX beta programme.
