EWAB's stainless food systems are available with an integrated cleaning system.
EWAB's FS (food system) systems are specifically designed for automation and conveying of food packing systems.
EWAB transport systems for the packaging and food industry are certainly not afraid of getting wet.
Thorough cleaning, both wet and dry, is made easier by special profiles.
Provisions are made for the fast providing of optimum hygiene.
The stainless food systems are also available with an integrated cleaning system.
The products are transported directly on the plastic chain.
Depending on size and requirements, different chain widths and special coatings are used; enabling inclines of up to 90 degrees to be handled.
The side guides are adapted to the goods to be transported in terms of the materials used on the one hand and the height and width on the other.
As well as fixed side guides, adjustable guides are also available.
The three transport systems from EWAB are designed for high productivity.
Fast transport speeds go hand-in-hand with low noise levels (70dB at 50m/min).
Side guide rollers enable top speeds of up to 100m/min to be achieved, while still keeping energy consumption low.
Transport at up to 90 degrees is possible with a coated chain and vertical conveyors are used to bridge various levels.
These stainless modules are hygienic and have a long service life, while the open profiles enable them to be cleaned quickly.
EWAB also provides a video CD demonstrating the latest food conveyor applications.
