The new edition of ESAB's welding and cutting journal, Svetsaren, is now available.
Copies of the 72-page full-colour magazine can be requested free of charge, or a PDF version can be downloaded directly from the ESAB website.
This issue of Svetsaren has a special focus on energy, with articles on the welding of wind towers, oil and gas platforms, LNG storage tanks and pipelines.
Svetsaren also presents a number of case studies and application stories, ranging from a petrochemical plant in Kuwait to mobile gasoline tanks in Russia.
New products featured in the magazine include power sources for orbital welding, welding machines for demanding TIG applications, reactive welding helmets and an automatic plasma cutting centre.
