Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Aug 8, 2008

Lightweight, portable welding machines provide the perfect welding solution for users on farms, in repairs shops and for light production applications.

The latest Origo Mig C141 and C151 are easy-to-use welding machines designed for less complex welding tasks but still provide high quality results expected of all ESAB machines.

These lightweight, portable welding machines provide the perfect welding solution for users on farms, in repairs shops and for light production applications.

The fan-cooled units, with thermal cutout protection, have multistep switches and potentiometers for wire speed adjustment providing easy-to-set welding parameters.

The Origo Mig C141 and C151 feature easy change of polarity so can use conventional solid wire or self-shielding cored wire.

The units are designed for welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminium as well as for MIG brazing and use wire diameters of 0.6, 0.8 or 1mm depending on work-piece size and material.

The machines come with ESAB's ergonomically designed, gas cooled MXL 150V torch with 2.5m cable permanently connected to the power source.

Three gas nozzles are available to provide maximum flexibility of use.

An optional wheel kit is available for the Mig C141 for easier mobility.
