The new Premierbelt Series features a wide choice of belt sizes and many design options, providing a single source of components to create a bespoke handling arrangement.
Two new belt conveyors plus a range of associated extras are being launched by Fastrack Unit Conveyors, and systems integrators can easily and quickly buy from the company's website to configure a handling solution.
Fastrack has branded the new conveyors the Premierbelt Series and initially is introducing two models, Premierbelt R which is a roller bed conveyor and the Premierbelt S, a slider bed design.
Fastrack believes its best seller will be the Premier S Series which is available as a straight flat run or supplied for incline applications.
It has been engineered for a loading capacity of 60kg/m and its low operational noise makes it ideally suited for high-speed, short run applications.
Where heavier loads and longer conveying runs are required Fastrack recommends its Premier R Series.
A feature of the new Premierbelt Series is the wide choice of belt sizes, from 300 to 1350mm widths plus the available design options, providing a single source of components to create a bespoke handling arrangement.
The options include a nose-over section to create inclines within the existing conveyor, a power feeder section ideal for indexing applications, side and end valances to contain large items on the belt and a choice of central or end drive.
Fastrack also supplies sheet and mesh under-guarding for conveyors under 2m from floor level to protect staff from the moving returning belt.
Buying online couldn't be easier for customers wishing to design and build their own conveyor system, extend an existing system or create a conveying solution for a third party as full specifications and prices are shown.
The new website interfaces directly with the organisation's streamlined order processing and build programme, ensuring that goods can be delivered extremely quickly to site.
The Premierbelt Series can operate as stand-alone equipment or become part of a totally integrated transfer and sortation system incorporating gravity, powered and accumulation conveyors that can also be sourced via Fastrack.
