Talkback is a 'BBC Question Time' style debate and takes place at the NEC at 11am on 8th April.
This year the discussion subject for Talkback at et2003 is "Business and the environment - what works best, the carrot or the stick?".
Once again it will be chaired by Peter Hobday, former host of Radio 4's Today programme.
Panelists confirmed to date include Michael Meacher MP, Baroness Barbara Young, Stephen Tindale from Greenpeace and Chris Mottershead from BP.
The Environment Agency is a major exhibitor at et2003, and once again will prove to be a popular participant.
Building on the success of its advice centre in 2002, the Environment Agency will present a series of free interactive sessions to give businesses practical help in tackling the complexities of environmental regulations.
Visitors will be able to gain up-to-the-minute information and quiz Environment Agency specialists on a variety of topics, including: hazardous waste; contaminated land; environmental management systems; and pollution prevention and control regimes.
The International Clean Up (ICU) exhibition and conference is colocated with et2003.
