FCX Integrated Plant Services (IPS) is a full valve assembly and repair service centre accredited by The American Society of Mechanical Engineers and The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBBI).

Additionally, FCX IPS is an Anderson Greenwood/Crosby Valve authorised "Pressure Management centre" and Flowserve "Black Tie" service centre.

Integrated Plant Services specialises in safety valve assembly, setting and repair of all makes and manufacturers.

The company's professional staff completely disassembles, evaluates for parts and machining, abrasively cleans, hand laps, polishes, paints assembles, tests, tags and seals each valve they repair.

The entire repair process is documented and filed in an FCX Performance database.

Contracted customers are able to review their repair history via the Internet, allowing them to access repair frequencies of each valve.

This functionality reduces costs and helps the customer identify problematic valves and applications.
