The acquisition of RVS Controls and Instrumentation allows FCX Performance to expand the range of products currently offered in this market through its well-established Sewell, New Jersey branch.
FCX Performance has completed the acquisition of RVS Controls and Instrumentation, a well-respected distributor of process control instrumentation serving industrial customers in eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Washington D.C.
The combination will allow the Columbus, Ohio-based FCX Performance to expand the range of products currently offered in this market through its well-established Sewell, New Jersey branch.
"We welcome the people, products and customers of RVS Controls to the FCX organisation", said Charles Simon, President and CEO of FCX Performance.
"Our combined resources in this important marketplace will provide an efficient outlet to market for our key vendors and provide our customers with one-stop shopping capabilities for flow control products".
Simon further noted, "The acquisition expands our geographic reach and will enable us to maintain and grow our leadership positions in the various markets that we presently serve".
