Process control acquisition completed

The acquisition of RVS Controls and Instrumentation allows FCX Performance to expand the range of products currently offered in this market through its well-established Sewell, New Jersey branch.

FCX Performance has completed the acquisition of RVS Controls and Instrumentation, a well-respected distributor of process control instrumentation serving industrial customers in eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland and Washington D.C.

The combination will allow the Columbus, Ohio-based FCX Performance to expand the range of products currently offered in this market through its well-established Sewell, New Jersey branch.
