Two new high-performance flow-control products are designed for applications involving compressed natural gas and compressed air.

FCX Thompson Valves has launched two new high-performance flow-control products for applications involving compressed natural gas and compressed air.

The company has announced the new K16 miniature dome-loaded pressure regulator developed specifically for market applications where size, weight and accuracy are a prerequisite.

It is already supplying various product configurations to manufacturers of portable fluid sampling test rigs and has recently started to supply products for compressed natural gas (CNG) fuel dispensing systems.

The second new product is the L08, a value engineered pressure-maintaining valve developed for applications involving compressors, air dryers and cylinder charging.

The product is designed to maintain a regulated upstream fluid pressure and has a maximum inlet pressure of 410bar and can regulate from 2-400bar.

The product is now fully released and is being sold into the mentioned markets and applications.

Both are new additions to the company's Maxseal-IVP range of high performance products and could be used in a range of industrial applications.
