Tony Taylor, the current Managing Director has led the operation for 31 years, and will remain in that role until the end of the year when he will retire.
Taylors and Pegler Beacon New Zealand will become divisions of the new company, FCx New Zealand and will operate independently of each other to their served markets.
This acquisition is significant for FCx Asia Pacific as it continues our objective to take a leading position in flow control distribution in New Zealand and the Asia Pacific region.
