FCx Performance, Inc announced today that it has completed the acquisition of J.H Instrument Company, a distributor of industrial valves and process control instruments

FCx Performance, Inc announced today that it has completed the acquisition of J.H Instrument Company.

Based in Charlotte, NC, J.H Instrument is a leading distributor of industrial valves, process control instruments and related flow control equipment to industrial customers in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia.

"When we formed FCx Performance about 18 months ago, we stated that a key strategy for the company was to expand its distribution and service capabilities via acquisition," said Charles M.

With combined sales of $80 million, 14 sales locations in 10 states and more than 150 employees, FCx Performance, Inc.

is one of the largest distributors of specialty process control products in the U.S.

market.
