FCx Performance companies have sealed major new sole supply agreements in the United States flow control marketplace, for ABB Automation, Hoke Instrument Valves and Gyrolok Tube Fittings
FCx Performance companies have sealed two major new sole supply agreements in the United States flow control marketplace.
ABB Automation, the world leader in process instrumentation, has appointed FCx Performance Simco Controls as the sole authorized representative for its instrumentation products in southern Ohio, West Virginia, Indiana and Kentucky.
The ABB product line incorporates some of the best known names in global process instrumentation, including Bailey, Fischer and Porter, TBI, Hartmann and Braun, Sensycon and Taylor Instrument.
Commenting on the expansion of this relationship, FCx Performance President and CEO, Charles M Simon, explained, "ABB is a well-recognized provider of process instrumentation and is a cornerstone of our objective to be the premier distributor of flow control products and solutions in the United States.
We have a long history with ABB and look forward to building on the successes we have achieved in the past." Simco Controls has had a long and successful relationship with ABB.
The company has provided ABB instruments for 16 years in Ohio, West Virginia, western Pennsylvania, Indiana and Kentucky.
Amsco Sales FCx Performance, meanwhile, has been appointed as an authorized stocking distributor of Hoke Instrument Valves and Gyrolok Tube Fittings in New Jersey and Southeastern New York.
With immediate effect, Amsco Sales will provide local inventory, technical support and service assistance for the entire Hoke product line.
In making the appointment, Michael E.
Terrell, Director of Sales and Marketing for Hoke, commented: "Amsco Sales' reputation and professional approach in meeting and exceeding our customer requirements was an important basis for its appointment." Both Amsco Sales and Simco are part of FCx Performance, the US arm of FCx, one of the world's leading distributors of specialty flow control products and solutions.
