FCX Luxembourg is selling record numbers of complete regulation systems for the controlled removal of rainwater and wastewater.

FCX Luxembourg - part of the specialist global FCX group of flow control distribution and manufacturing companies - is selling record numbers of complete regulation systems for the controlled removal of rainwater and wastewater.

The systems are used in storm water tanks and rainwater retention basins located in purification plants.

In recent months, the company has completed orders for some high profile clients and is using equipment from Switzerland and Germany from manufacturers such as UFT, BGU, Huber, Romac and Endress and Hauser.

The systems are completely autonomous and the highly specialised electrotechnical controls and their programming systems are designed and produced at the FCX Luxembourg premises.

The installations are designed to centralise the water in a large underground basin, to prefilter the water on entry to the basins, measure the flow rates and levels and control the flow delivered to the pipes during periods of heavy rain.

FCX Luxembourg is now acknowledged as one of the leaders in Europe in the technologies involved in the process.

The company is also working on projects for several pump and chlorine dosage plants in the water and disinfectant field that use similar technology and expertise.

This includes the installation of a number of UV Kryschi systems that remove the taste of chlorine.
