Fluid Metering has released the V300 stroke rate controller for precision control of all FMI V-Series variable speed metering pumps.

Fluid Metering has released the V300 stroke rate controller for precision control of all FMI V-Series variable speed metering pumps.

The V300 is designed for accurate fluid metering in laboratory, R and D, test stands, pilot plants, process and production applications.

Front panel membrane switches offer convenient manual setting of pump stroke rates adjustable in 0.1% increments.

Stroke rate can also be controlled electronically through an interface which can accept 4-20mA, 0-5V DC and 0-10V DC input signals typically provided by process sensors and instrumentation.

A 3.5-digit LCD readout displays either the percentage of flow rate in the manual position or the actual percentage of selected input signal when controlled electronically.

The V-300 is capable of variable control of fluid flow from 0 to 4 litre/min in both forward and reverse directions.

In addition, membrane switches can start and stop the pump without the need for re-adjustment of stroke rate settings.

The V300 operates on 100-240V 50/60Hz and is CSA, CSA-US and CE rated.

The unit is compatible with the RHV, QV, QVG, and Q2V Ratio:Matic pump models providing flow ranges from 0 to 4 litre/min at pressures up to 6.9bar.

When used with the Q2V Ratio:Matic dual pump drive, exceptional proportional metering of two fluids, up to 500:1 ratio, can be accomplished.

The V300 electronics are housed in a rugged anodised enclosure ideal for both bench top and wall mounting in laboratory, process and production environments.

Fluid Metering is certified as compliant with ISO9001 quality standards.

The catalogue details operating principles, pump capacities, motor characteristics, materials of construction, prices and ordering information.
