Fluid Metering has introduced its new VMP dispensing system.

Fluid Metering has introduced its new VMP dispensing system.

This versatile, programmable, positive displacement dispensing system features a programmable dual stepper design that independently controls the stroke rate and the displacement.

Using Fluid Metering's Patented CeramPump no-valve design, the VMP features a touch screen interface (TSI) that provides intuitive setup of all fluid control parameters.

The TSI can communicate with up to 16 pumps simultaneously.

The VMP is available as an integral bench-top system or as modular OEM components.

An RS232 interface enables simultaneous computer control of up to 128 pump modules.

The interface can store up to 100 programs letting users change between setups on the fly.

The ultrafine adjustment of the VMP allow for delivery of as little as 0.0144ul per dispense with accuracy of 1% or better for millions of cycles.

The system can be programmed for forward flow, reverse flow, suck-back or a quick prime.

Also available are a foot switch and remote start.
