The new V300 variable flow fluid metering system provides accurate and versatile fluid control for fuel cell test stands.

The new V300 variable flow fluid metering system provides accurate and versatile fluid control for fuel cell test stands.

The V300 system consists of a V-Series variable speed pump and V300 controller.

The V-Series pump is a unique valveless piston design, having only one moving part in the fluid path.

A unique rotating and reciprocating ceramic piston accomplishes all fluid control functions, without valves.

The V300 controller provides an accurate, versatile, variable flow control interface for V-Series pumps and has proven ideal for R and D prototyping and fuel cell test stands.

Features include digital electronic flow adjustment, as well as several control input capabilities for easy integration with PLCs, computers and process sensors.

Fluid Metering also offers a complete line of valveless metering pumps for OEM production fuel cell applications.

Typical applications include metering of DI water for humidification of PEMs and steam reformers, as well as, requirements for metering methanol, ethanol, diesel and other hydrocarbon fuel sources.
