Precision dispensers and metering pumps
Fluid Metering has released its new 2004 catalogue with 30 pages of precision dispensers and metering pumps for laboratory, industrial, process and OEM applications.
Users can program and store up to 100 combinations of all dispense control parameters including piston displacement, flow rate, speed, forward, reverse, quick-prime and suck back.
The new TSI touch screen interface adds intuitive programming of up to 16 pumps simultaneously.
The Smooth-flo system has been added to provide pulse-free, low flow, fluid delivery to the FMI line.
In addition, a new quick run module has enhanced the IDS2000 to offer a quick and simple solution for industrial dispensing applications.
The V300 stroke rate controller is now available for precision control of all FMI V-Series variable speed metering pumps.
Front panel membrane switches offer convenient manual setting of pump stroke rates adjustable in 0.1% increments.
Stroke rate can also be controlled electronically through an interface which can accept 4-20mA, 0-5V DC and 0-10V DC input signals typically provided by process sensors and instrumentation.
FMI pumps feature the patented CeramPump valveless piston design, having only one moving part and a ceramic and fluorocarbon fluid path they are capable of dispensing from 2ul per dispense up to 4600ml/min continuous metering with pressures up to 6.9bar(g) at an accuracy of 1% or better.
The new catalogue is also available for easy downloading from the Fluid Metering website.
