ITI TranscenData will be attending the CADFEM User Conference, which takes place in Stuttgart, Germany from 25th to 27th October 2006.

TranscenData's presence at the conference highlights the ever present need among CAD and CAE practitioners for reliable and accurate data transfer between CAD and specialist analysis solutions.

Alexander Kunz, Conference Co-ordinator, CADFEM, says: "The CADFEM User Conference, which includes the German Ansys conference, is one of the largest events for finite element analysis engineers in Europe".

"Over 500 participants from industry, universities and research institutes are expected to attend numerous sessions and workshops, as well as the exhibition where more than 40 companies will be presenting their CAE-related products and services".

"We are happy that TranscenData has chosen this event to showcase its solutions to such a large and dedicated CAE audience".

"The increasing sophistication of CAD systems and 3D models is having a direct impact on the analysis process", explains Andy Chinn, Business Development Manager at TranscenData.

"CAE engineers are often frustrated by unacceptable analysis lead times, recurring mesh failures, excessive mesh sizes and long analysis run times, all of which may be attributed to CAD data complexity, errors introduced during CAD modelling, or the general unsuitability of the CAD model for analysis".

"CADfix enables FEA and CFD technologies to reach their full potential by delivering seamless data transfer between systems and resolving geometry issues before they impact the analysis process".

Chinn continues: "TranscenData provides support for analysis engineers at the forefront of industry, many of whom have already adopted CADfix".

"We are pleased to be attending this year's CADFEM User Conference to demonstrate our next generation solutions and to show our ongoing commitment to this highly specialist engineering community".
