Festo to sponsor packaging awards
Festo is to sponsor the 2002 PPMA show's annual awards of excellence.
Festo is to sponsor the 2002 PPMA show's annual awards of excellence Mike Gaffney, Deputy Managing Director at Festo presented two of the awards at the ceremony last year
"The PPMA Awards have become established as the foremost means of recognising outstanding contributions within the industry, and Festo is delighted to be involved again this year", says Gaffney.
The PPMA Awards of Excellence were launched in 1995 to recognise engineering and related excellence in the processing and packaging industry.
As well as rewarding innovative developments within the industry, they also highlight and publicise specific personal and corporate achievements.
Medals and certificates of merit are awarded within each of the seven categories.
The PPMA Show this year is being held at the NEC, Birmingham from 25-26th September2002.
