The Inverness branch of Scots Bearings now has exclusive distribution rights for Festo pneumatic products in the important industrial areas around Inverness.

The Inverness branch of Scots Bearings - which recently celebrated its 10th birthday - has been appointed a Premier Stockist by Festo.

The appointment grants the company exclusive distribution rights for Festo pneumatic products in the important industrial areas around Inverness.

It also means that Scots Bearings is now effectively Festo's preferred independent supplier for the whole of northern Scotland - the company's Aberdeen, Glasgow and Irvine branches are already Premier Stockists.

As a result of this appointment, Scots Bearings (Inverness) now has direct access to over GBP 33 million worth of stock held at Festo's European warehousing facilities, enabling it to provide customers with next-day delivery of virtually any pneumatic component, from a range of over 20,000 products.

According to Bill Dunlop, Festo's Business Development Consultant, "Scots Bearings is a professional, service-oriented company".

"It has a superb track record in meeting its customers' needs, operates a 24/7 service level, and has established an enviable reputation with many leading industrial companies in Scotland".

Alan Neilson, Director of Scots Bearings, is especially pleased that four of its company branches are now Festo Premier Stockists, "This appointment is a considerable accolade for Scots Bearings, and fits well with our strategy of forging strong links with our customers".

"All these branches can now offer direct call-off from Festo's facilities in Germany, enabling us to further accelerate our customer response times across the entire region".
