Upgraded to offer an increased level of functionality within a highly compact size, the AutoLog AL14 PLC from FF-Automation can be used by machine builders as either a Modbus master or slave, working at a high baud rate of 115.2k for faster operation Designed and competitively priced for OEM machine automation applications, these general purpose controllers are assembled on a single PCB

For other small control tasks they can efficiently replace relays, timers and similar devices.

Compact dimensions of 125 x 107 x 30mm allow easy panel or DIN mounting anywhere.

There are three versions, all having 8 digital inputs plus a pulse input, and offering either 7 or 8 digital outputs or a model also having 2 analogue inputs.

A large program memory holds 4000 or 8000 commands and there is a choice of one or two serial ports for connection to other PLCs, modems or devices.

A range of dedicated AutoLog operator interfaces is also available.

Programs are created using a simple yet efficient command language through a PC, with a software system that produces a detailed document of the program instantaneously and gives very easy updating of the documentation after any changes.
