Increasingly, manufacturers of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems are turning to ABS and polycarbonate enclosure expert Fibox, for compact, custom made terminal enclosures.

For fitting out large-scale industrial units to heating systems in ships with their inherent size constraints, Fibox provides custom-made enclosures that always meet a customer's individual needs, whatever the situation.

A recent commission for fire damper junction boxes as part of a ship's onboard heating system posed a major space constraint problem.

Fibox engineers decided that the Piccolo ABS 65 G was the best option to fit in the small space allowed.

The Piccolo was fitted with eight mini terminals on a TS 15 rail and M20 cable glands.

This unit completely fitted the bill.

It was a small enclosure with small terminals and, importantly, it was cost effective.

"Fibox can supply the complete service for any company, from design through to supply, on time and on budget", said Fibox's managing director Steve Gallon.

"We will provide the best enclosure for the job", he said.
